Innovation: Digitisalisation ELRO Connect

 
 

The digitization solution ELRO Connect includes various functionalities. Monitoring provides overview of cooking processes, usage and operational data.

  • Real-time display of operational details
  • Alarm system in case of errors and error diagnosis tool
  • Display of temperature curves per cooking process

The monitoring allows you to optimize HACCP documentation as well as energy consumption and utilization of your devices. The recipe management option allows you to store, process and exchange cooking programs and to create your own recipes and cooking processes. This data is recorded decentrally and can be distributed to specific equipment and locations. Recipes from our ELRO Executive Chef are also available on the ELRO platform.

ITW donates one million dollars for Ukraine and halts business with Russia

 
 

ELRO parent company Illinois Tool Works is also moved by the fate of Ukrainians. To tackle the growing humanitarian crisis, the US company is donating one million dollars to various aid organisations and is furthermore initiating a worldwide internal donation campaign. At the same time, ITW announced that it has suspended its business with Russia until further notice.

ELRO and JØNI agree long-term partnership in commercial kitchen industry

 
 
PARTNERSCHAFT ELRO UND JØNI

ELRO-Werke AG and Jøni A/S today announced the start of a long-term partnership. ELRO will include Jøni's agitator vessels with and without recooling in its product range as of 01.10.2020. The combined product portfolio enables ELRO and Jøni to respond to customer needs in the best possible way and to offer total solutions from a single source. ELRO will also take over customer service support for Jøni in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets as of 01.02.2021.
